Community Services
Are you looking for care within the home for yourself or a loved one? Expert Health Care has an established In-Home Care Service with a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and dignity of those who require care in their own homes. Our compassionate team can assist in arranging nursing care or carer support, whether that be for a few hours weekly or 24- hour around the clock care.
Our nurses and careers have knowledge of the ACFI funding instrument and are competent in many of the computerized documentation systems familiar to many facilities.
Our members are compassionate and competent in all areas of palliative and memory support and regular training is provided to maintain skills in these areas.
We provide plus members access to our online training portal which allows them to maintain their competencies annually, including manual handling, hand hygiene and infection contro l.
